My Story
” After two slipped discs and degeneration of the spine, I knew a thing or two about chronic back pain. It affected my life for 15 years. There were times when I was unable to walk and with two young children, this was not how I wanted to be. I tried everything but nothing had long term results.

I joined a Pilates class which I enjoyed immensely, so I enrolled on the STOTT PILATES® training course. After completing my training, I was equipped with the knowledge to first rehabilitate, then progress to strengthening my body.

Pilates has given me a focused and intentional way of exercising that is skilful and rewarding. I can safely say my body has never been stronger than it is now. What I learned was that Pilates isn’t a quick fix solution. It is better. It’s a mechanism for investing into your future and well being through all stages of life.”
