Whether you are recovering from injury, building strength and mobility, or working towards a specific goal, we have something for you. From personalised 1:1 training to shared private sessions to motivating group classes, each session is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and invest in lasting wellbeing.

1:1 Sessions

  • A completely tailored session designed around your body, goals, and abilities using the Reformer and Stability Chair. Working 1:1 allows us to build a personal connection, understand your needs, and create a programme that truly supports your progress. Whether you are building confidence before joining a class, recovering from an injury, refining performance for a sport, or prefer an individual setting, these sessions give you focused attention and lasting results.

  • 45 minutes or 1 hour

  • With Rose:
    1:1 (60 minutes)

    • £55 single session

    • £200 for 4 sessions (£50 per session)

    1:1 (45 minutes)

    • £50 single session

    • £180 for 4 sessions (£45 per session)

    *Valid for 6 weeks

    With Meg:
    1:1 (60 minutes)

    • £45 single session

    • £160 for 4 sessions (£40 per session)

    1:1 (45 minutes)

    • £35 single session

    • £120 for 4 sessions (£30 per session)

2:1 Private Sessions

  • Enjoy personalised guidance alongside a friend or partner, allowing you to support, motivate, and celebrate each other’s progress. In preparation, each client will have an initial 1:1 assessment to discuss individual goals and requirements. Using the Reformer and Stability Chair, exercises are tailored to advance both of you, layering challenges with additional equipment, and utilising variety within the sessions to ensure results.

  • 1 hour

  • With Rose:
    2:1 (60 minutes)

    • £70 single session (£35 per person)

    • £120 for 4 sessions (£30 per person per session)

    *Valid for 6 weeks

Group Floor Mat Sessions

  • An intermediate, body-weight based mat workout designed to challenge your core, stability, and alignment. Classes use a variety of equipment to provide extra support and add challenge. If you have any concerns, injuries, or specific needs, please contact us before attending.

FAQs

What should I wear?

Wear something you feel comfortable and confident in. We recommend fitted activewear that allows you to move freely and helps your instructor check your alignment.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and socks (grippy socks are ideal, especially for Reformer or Stability Chair sessions). All other equipment and mats are provided.

Are there changing facilities?

We have a changing space and a shower located at The Armoury, so you can head straight to or from your session with ease.

Is Pilates suitable if I have an injury?

Yes! The 1:1 and shared sessions can be safely adapted for individual needs, and your instructor will tailor your session to support your recovery.

What if I’m not flexible?

Pilates develops both mobility and flexibility over time. You will work within your current range, progressing safely and effectively with each session.
