“Every body is unique, and so is every journey. Whether you are rebuilding after injury, advancing athletic goals, or simply aspiring to move better in everyday life, we’ll meet you where you are and help you get the best out of your body. Through consistent and intentional movement, we empower you to build a strong foundation that supports lasting success beyond the studio and into everything you do.”

  • My journey with Pilates began 20 years ago while living with chronic back pain, which left me incapacitated for days or even weeks at a time. I enrolled in the STOTT PILATES® training course and discovered a way to rehabilitate and strengthen my body, helping me live a pain-free life.

Years later, I faced a chronic illness that severely limited my movement, causing extreme muscle loss and weakness. Once again, Pilates became my path to regain mobility, strength, and quality of life. I never imagined that Pilates would have such a profound impact on me, becoming not only a vital part of my lifestyle but also the foundation of my career.

Today, my passion is helping clients achieve lasting improvements in both physical health and overall wellbeing. Every programme is tailored to your needs, with the goal of getting you moving, building strength and endurance, improving balance and body awareness, and continually challenging you to reach your goals.

Join me in investing in your future and wellbeing through all stages of life and keep challenging your goals.

  • Sports and fitness have always been an integral part of my life. I grew up as a gymnast and dancer, competing regionally and internationally, but spent ten of those years managing chronic injuries and pain. I dedicated two full years to recovery through rest, treatments, rehab, Pilates, and physiotherapy, and am now fully healed.

Through the highs and lows, I’ve gained extensive knowledge of anatomy, load management, and maintaining physical fitness, while understanding the psychological challenges that come with a fitness journey and recognising that mental wellbeing is as important as physical health.

I have over ten years of experience as a gymnastics coach and am a STOTT Pilates instructor, trained in mat, Reformer, and Stability Chair work. My goal is to utilise my experience in coaching, training, and recovery to help others build strength, challenge themselves, achieve their goals, and maintain happy, healthy bodies and minds.

What is pilates?

Pilates is a mind–body exercise method designed to build core strength, improve posture, and support better movement throughout everyday life. Through precise, controlled exercises and a focus on breath, Pilates helps create long, strong, and flexible muscles.

At CoreDynamics, we teach STOTT PILATES®, a contemporary approach rooted in alignment, spinal health, and intelligent movement. It’s suitable for all levels, whether you are recovering from injury, managing pain, enhancing athletic performance, or simply looking to move with more confidence and ease.

Pilates is a safe and effective investment in your health, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and better connected to your body.
